Gizlilik Politikası

Bu gizlilik politikası, İşler mobil ve web uygulamasının (bundan sonra "Uygulama") kullanıcı verilerini nasıl topladığını, kullandığını, sakladığını ve koruduğunu açıklar. Uygulama, Alper Kahraman ("Geliştirici", "biz") tarafından geliştirilmiştir.

1. Topladığımız Bilgiler

1.1 Hesap Bilgileri

• Ad, soyad
• E-posta adresi
• Şifre (yalnızca şifrelenmiş özet olarak Firebase Authentication tarafından saklanır; düz metin halinde tarafımıza ulaşmaz)
• Google ile giriş yapıldığında: Google profil bilgileri (ad, e-posta, profil fotoğrafı)

1.2 Kullanıcı Tarafından Oluşturulan İçerik

• Görevler (başlık, açıklama, durum, tarih, atanan kişiler vb.)
• Notlar
• Görev içi mesajlar
• Yüklenen dosyalar (resim, PDF, Word, Excel, ses kaydı vb.)
• Çalışma alanı (şirket) bilgileri

1.3 Teknik Bilgiler

• Cihaz tipi ve işletim sistemi (bildirim göndermek için)
• Uygulama kullanım hataları (uygulamayı geliştirmek için)
• Push bildirim token'ı (yalnızca kullanıcı bildirimleri açtıysa)

1.4 Toplamadığımız Bilgiler

• Konum bilgisi
• Telefon rehberi, kişiler
• Reklam tanımlayıcıları
• Tarayıcı geçmişi
• Kamera/mikrofon kayıtları (kullanıcı ses kaydı oluşturmadıkça)

2. Bilgileri Nasıl Kullanırız

• Uygulama hizmetini sağlamak (görevleri saklamak, paylaşmak, bildirim göndermek)
• Kullanıcıyı doğrulamak ve hesap güvenliğini sağlamak
• Uygulamadaki teknik sorunları tespit etmek ve düzeltmek
• Yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek

Verilerinizi asla satmıyor, üçüncü taraflarla pazarlama amacıyla paylaşmıyoruz. Reklam göstermiyoruz.

3. Bilgileri Nerede ve Nasıl Saklarız

Veriler Google Firebase altyapısı üzerinde saklanır:

• Firebase Authentication — hesap doğrulama
• Firebase Firestore — görevler, notlar, mesajlar
• Firebase Storage — yüklenen dosyalar
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — push bildirimler

Google'ın güvenlik standartları geçerlidir. Veriler şifreli olarak (TLS / HTTPS) iletilir ve şifreli olarak (AES-256) saklanır.

4. Verilerinizi Kimlerle Paylaşırız

• Aynı çalışma alanındaki diğer kullanıcılar: Yalnızca açıkça paylaştığınız içerik (görev, not, dosya) ekibinizdeki diğer kullanıcılar tarafından görülebilir.
• Google Firebase: Veri saklama altyapısı olarak.
• Yasal makamlar: Yalnızca hukuki yükümlülük gereği gerekirse.

5. Veri Saklama Süresi

• Aktif görev ve notlarınız hesabınız var olduğu sürece saklanır.
• Tamamlanan görevler ve notlar arşive taşınır; arşivde 30 gün bekledikten sonra otomatik olarak silinir.
• Hesabınızı silerseniz, verileriniz 30 gün içinde geri dönüşsüz olarak silinir.

6. Haklarınız (KVKK ve GDPR Kapsamında)

Aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

• Hangi verilerinizin tutulduğunu öğrenme
• Verilerinize erişme ve kopyasını isteme
• Yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme
• Verilerinizin silinmesini isteme ("unutulma hakkı")
• Hesabınızı silme

Talebinizi destek@islerim.com adresine iletebilirsiniz. 30 gün içinde dönüş yapılır.

7. Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaş grubundan veri toplamayız.

8. Politika Değişiklikleri

Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler olursa uygulama içinde bilgilendirme yapılır. Bu sayfadaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi her zaman geçerli sürümü gösterir.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the İşler mobile and web application (the "App") collects, uses, stores, and protects user data. The App is developed by Alper Kahraman ("Developer", "we").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

• First and last name
• Email address
• Password (stored only as an encrypted hash by Firebase Authentication; we never see the plain-text password)
• When signing in with Google: Google profile info (name, email, profile picture)

1.2 User-Generated Content

• Tasks (title, description, status, dates, assignees, etc.)
• Notes
• In-task messages
• Uploaded files (images, PDFs, Word, Excel, voice recordings, etc.)
• Workspace (company) information

1.3 Technical Information

• Device type and operating system (for delivering notifications)
• Application error logs (to improve the App)
• Push notification token (only if the user has enabled notifications)

1.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

• Location data
• Phone contacts / address book
• Advertising identifiers
• Browser history
• Camera/microphone recordings (unless the user explicitly creates a voice note)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the App service (storing, sharing tasks; delivering notifications)
• To authenticate users and secure accounts
• To detect and fix technical issues
• To meet legal obligations

We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. We do not display ads.

3. Where and How We Store Data

Data is stored on the Google Firebase infrastructure:

• Firebase Authentication — account verification
• Firebase Firestore — tasks, notes, messages
• Firebase Storage — uploaded files
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications

Google's security standards apply. Data is transmitted with encryption (TLS / HTTPS) and stored encrypted (AES-256).

4. Who We Share Your Data With

• Other users in the same workspace: Only content you explicitly share (tasks, notes, files) is visible to your teammates.
• Google Firebase: As our storage infrastructure.
• Legal authorities: Only when required by law.

5. Data Retention

• Active tasks and notes are stored as long as your account exists.
• Completed tasks and notes are moved to the archive; after 30 days in the archive they are automatically deleted.
• If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Your Rights (Under KVKK and GDPR)

You have the following rights:

• To know what data we hold about you
• To access and request a copy of your data
• To request correction of incorrect data
• To request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• To delete your account

You can send your request to destek@islerim.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from this age group.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. For major changes, we will notify users within the App. The "Last updated" date on this page always reflects the current version.
